Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before accessing or using any websites, applications, games, or related services provided by Mainra Games (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Changes to the Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date or provide other reasonable notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Services only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. If you access the Services on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account. We may refuse registration, suspend, or terminate accounts at our discretion where legally permitted.
4. License and Access
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for lawful, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, host, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise exploit the Services except as expressly permitted by law.
5. Intellectual Property
All content and materials in the Services, including but not limited to code, artwork, graphics, audio, text, logos, trademarks, and design (the “Content”), are owned by Mainra Games or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws. Except for the limited license above, no rights are granted to you.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit, post, or otherwise make available through the Services (“User Content”). You grant Mainra Games a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, host, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, perform, and display your User Content in connection with operating, improving, and promoting the Services. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant this license and that your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights. We may remove User Content at any time where legally permitted.
7. Prohibited Conduct
- Using the Services for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or infringing purposes
- Harassing, abusing, or harming others, including minors
- Uploading malware or interfering with the operation or security of the Services
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code except where permitted by law
- Bypassing access controls, anti-cheat, or digital rights management
- Exploiting bugs, using bots/cheats, or engaging in unauthorized automation
- Scraping or harvesting data except as permitted by an applicable robots.txt or written permission
- Impersonating others or misrepresenting your affiliation
- Posting content that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, or violates privacy or intellectual property rights
8. Purchases, Virtual Items, and Refunds
Some features may require payment. Prices may change at any time. Taxes and charges may apply based on your location or platform provider terms. Unless required by applicable law or a platform’s refund policy, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
Virtual currency and digital items (collectively, “Virtual Items”) do not have real-world monetary value, are licensed and not sold, are non-transferable (except as expressly permitted within the Services), and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time. We are not liable for any loss of Virtual Items except where required by law.
9. Third-Party Services and Links
The Services may link to or integrate with third-party websites, platforms, or services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms and privacy policies.
10. Updates and Availability
We may provide updates that are required for you to continue using the Services. The Services (or any part) may change, become unavailable, or be discontinued at any time where legally permitted. We are not obligated to maintain or support any specific version or feature.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, including if you violate these Terms or if required by law. You may stop using the Services at any time. Upon termination, the license granted to you ends.

13. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mainra Games and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid (if any) for access to the Services during the six (6) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD $50.
15. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mainra Games and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of laws principles, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Jakarta, Indonesia, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise. If you are a consumer in the EU/UK or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer laws, you may be entitled to bring claims in your country of residence and enjoy rights that cannot be waived by contract.
17. Export Controls and Sanctions
You agree to comply with all applicable export control and economic sanctions laws and regulations. You represent that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country or person prohibited by such laws from receiving the Services.
18. Copyright Complaints
If you believe that content in the Services infringes your copyright, please contact us with sufficient detail to identify the material and your rights. We will respond to notices consistent with applicable law.
19. Miscellaneous
- Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
- No Waiver. Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
- Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms as permitted by law.
- Entire Agreement. These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Mainra Games regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements.
- Headings. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
